In the coming days FriendFleet will allow users to signup on a mailing list so when our new Fleet Discounts are sent out they will be the first to take advantage of our limited time Fleet discounts. These discounts will only be for short periods of time during the day, so while you are adding friends check the forums periodically for our discount post. Take advantage of a discounted feature spot for a day, a week, or a month. You will be pleased with the results.

FriendFleet is proud to announce its first ever referral contest that will run for the month of November. While the planning for the contest is still in its final stages, users will have a chance to win one of three 2GB Ipod Nano's, and possibly more great prizes!

In the coming days FriendFleet will allow users to signup on a mailing list so when the contest starts, you will be alerted via email. The objective of the contest is simple: tell your friends, family, or anyone you know to click on your unique referral link (or you can post bulletins) and to login to FriendFleet with their Myspace Friend ID. Once someone does this, you get credited with one referral. Be sure to check back daily for more updates regarding the contest!

As part of our current plans to build this site into something more than it already is, we are going in different directions and testing out new ways to bring more people to the site.

What exactly is Squidoo? Taken directly off of their website, here is a little about Squidoo:

I've tacked on some features to the page so you will see a poll where you can vote for your favorite Friend Adding website, and even leave comments for us.

1. Default Photo: Your current default photo on MySpace plays a large role when people want to add you as a friend. Would you want to add someone as a friend if you see their default photo is of an old man? Changing your default photo to something attractive will be a large factor in increasing your friend count.
2. Earn Points: Everytime you add someone, you receive 1 point. Everytime you refer someone you receive 10 points. You can receive up to 500 friend points per day, however, you can receive unlimited referral points. The more points you have, the higher you will be ranked in our system, and the more friend requests you will get.
3. Spread the word: Earning referral points will get you ranked higher in our system very quickly. Some easy ways to earn referrals are to post bulletins on MySpace using the bulletin code you receive when you login. You can also post this bulletin code on your MySpace page, as well as your blog, personal website, and even on forums.
4. Don't Cheat: By just clicking the "add" button and closing out, the system will not work properly for you or anyone else. You need to actually add people in order to gain your 500 points, as well as build up your friend count by 500.
5. Add 500 people everyday: Adding 500 people everyday for a month is 15,000 potential friends! You have to take into consideration that people may deny your request or delete you off of their friend list so the number may not always be that high.
6. Consistency is key: If you use Friend Fleet every day for a month, you will definitely see results. Adding 500 people a day will rank you higher in the system which in turn will result in more people adding you. Be sure to stop by every day and add friends, it only takes a few minutes and it sure does add up!
7. Additional services: There are several other sites out there that allow you to add friends. By using all of these websites everyday for a month, your results will be outstanding. One of our favorite friend adding systems (besides ours of course) is FriendFury --- it is fast and picture free!

The moment you all have been waiting for.....and waiting for....and waiting for....

After weeks of anticipation, Friend Fleet 2.0 is finally here. Some things you may already notice is that FriendFleet.com automatically gets redirected to our new website, FriendFleetLite.com. You will also see a newer, cleaner, and faster working system, hence the word "Lite".

We added a few new features to the system, one of them being an "Update Picture and Name" button. If you recently changed your name or picture on MySpace, this feature will allow you to update it on our site. Some other things you may see is that we did away with pictures in the "Top 10" and have reduced it down to just the daily top 10 point leaders. The new point tracking system allows you to see how many points you have, how many people you have added, how many referrals you have, your current rank, and what you are trailing by to obtain a higher rank.

Lastly, we have revamped the forums and gone with a cleaner and more organized system. Be sure to signup in the forums if you have not already.

Lastly, as a bonus for the new site launch, prices for being featured have been dropped. Be sure to "Get Fleeted" while the prices are still low!
